Fixrite Hardware opens in Panglao

One of the flagship stores of the Alturas Group of Companies (AGC), Fixrite Hardware recently opened its newest and biggest branch in Panglao last December 8, located along the highway in Brgy. Bolod, just a few meters away from the Bohol-Panglao International Airport.

The opening of Fixrite Hardware in the said tourist island is a welcome development in Panglao considering the construction industry is booming as evidenced by the entry of more housing and other real estate projects both in the municipalities of Panglao and Dauis.

Branch manager Mitch Suarez said Fixrite Hardware is a one-stop-shop with great products and amazing prices all in one place. It offers from the simplest hand tools for your repair needs, plumbing, construction, electrical supplies, and equipment for home improvement and building construction.

Fixrite started out as a simple hardware DIY store with branches at Island City Mall, Alturas Mall, Plaza Marcela, and Alturas-Talibon and Alturas-Tubigon. This time around it became a one-stop shop, now inclusive of construction materials and aggregates like sand and gravel, and also hollow blocks as well as some basic lumber products, Ms. Suarez added.

A day before the opening, Fixrite Hardware had its store blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by no less than Panglao Mayor Edgardo “Boy” Arcay with the First Lady Anecita Arcay, Tagb. City Mayor Jane Yap and Sir Chief Baba Yap, together with AGC General Manager Marlito Uy, incorporators, top executives, and other guests and VIPs.
