Sandugo Trade Expo at Island City Mall

The most anticipated annual trade fair of the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) here in the province of Bohol, the Sandugo OTOP (One Town, One Product) Trade Expo is open to the public from July 17 to 22, at the Island City Mall.

Hundreds of local Boholano entrepreneurs and top exhibitors/sellers from the different regions are showcasing a diverse array of remarkable products — from hometown delicacies processed from locally-grown and nurtured raw ingredients to fashionable and souvenir items, and to furniture and crafts woven and crafted by local Boholano artisans.

A part of the Sandugo Festival, the DTI Trade Fair was started 33 years ago as a Provincial Trade Fair which highlights the local products of Bohol.

Now, Sandugo OTOP Trade Expo welcomes the MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) or other exhibitors outside Bohol. Like the National Trade fair, it is the most popular trade fair in this part of the country as it affords MSMEs good market exposure translated to heightened sales for their products.
